You’ll never see advertising on Fourly. That’s because Fourly is built from small subscription fees. This detail is very important: Fourly doesn’t need to use your data for company profit. Furthermore, we don’t need to sell your data to others who want you to buy their products.
Your Data
Fourly doesn’t track or collect your data or locations. We will never sell this information to anyone, and we leave the rights to all posts and content where they belong: with you.
Privacy Settings
Be completely hidden or be found on Fourly. It is entirely your choice!
Be hidden. Your profile is locked.
People can’t find you. Your profile and data are hidden. You can only share events and books with your trusted circles.
Be found. Your profile is unlocked.
People can find you. Your profile is public. You can also share events and books publicly. Your circles, private events, and private books remain hidden.
Invite Friends on Fourly
If you choose to give Fourly access to your device’s Contacts List, you can find and invite friends via that route. This makes it easy for you to invite others to join you on Fourly! You will be able to see friends already using Fourly if their profiles are Unlocked. You will not be able to see friends who have their profile status Locked.
If you choose to find your friends through a third-party social media site, you need to set up a link to the third-party service of your choice. By doing this, you understand that any information such service may provide to us will be governed by our Privacy Policy.
Private Timeline
We are aware of the value of self-governed privacy. Everything you post on Fourly is private by default. You are in control of your content, and you decide who sees what.
Information You Decide to Share
You may choose to share your “content” privately with people you trust on Fourly.
If you decide to remove information that you already shared with people in your Trust Circles, the information will remain in their activity feeds.
You may choose to share your content outside Fourly. However, once the content leaves the Safe Zone of Fourly we can no longer protect it. Outside of Fourly, it will be governed by the Privacy Policy of the third party social network on which you chose to share it. On the third party site, your post will become subject to the settings of that site. If you change your mind and decide you wish your post to be private and under Fourly’s jurisdiction once again, you can enable Fourly’s “private button” in the post’s settings. The link you shared will then be deactivated on the third party site.
Information You Provide Us Directly:
We collect and associate with your account information like: your name, email address, password and payment information. When you use our Services, we store, process and transmit your files. This helps us protect and improve our Services to continually make them better for you.
Communications
Fourly will send you service-related emails detailing changes and updates to features of our services, technical items, and security notices. You may not opt out of service-related emails.
Security
We have a team dedicated to keeping your information secure. This team also tests for vulnerabilities and possible security breaches. We continue to update and manage features to keep your information safe, such as two-factor authentication, encryption of files, and more.
Deletion of Content and Profile
If you delete your account, your information and data will be deleted from our servers and backup storage. Guaranteed.
Children
We understand that children are incredibly significant parts of many families. At the moment, Fourly is not available to children under 13 years of age. We do have plans to make Fourly safe and accessible to children in the future.
